Horse riding is a fun and romantic way to explore Phuket's natural scenery, which is in abundance. There are two riding clubs in Phuket: the Phuket Laguna Riding Club which is located in Bang Tao and the Phuket Riding Club, in Rawai.
Both of them have well trained horses. Professional instructors, guides and escorts are provided They also have gentle horses for children and beginners. Whereas experienced riders are taken on more vaied trails, including along beaches, beginners are escorted along small inner roads through jungle and plantations surrounding the riding clubs.
