Sathon Nua (North Sathon Road) and Sathon Tai (South Sathon Road), to the south of Silom Road and running parallel to it, are also important business centres with many a businesses, embassies and hotels located there.

The area is easily accessible by the Skytrain. Sala Daeng is the station for Patpong on Silom Road and Surasak for North Sathorn road.
